No. You can tell Kite exactly who you want to reach, or choose to let Kite learn about your business and recommend the ideal profiles and locations to pursue. You don't need a finished ideal customer profile or a prospect list to begin.

A relevant person who wants to talk and meets the criteria you set. It comes with who they are, their company, why they are relevant, what they said, how they meet your criteria, and the next step. Kite takes care of booking phone or video meetings. An agreed direct handoff can also qualify when someone prefers you to contact them directly. A match to your target, a reply or a booking on its own is not one, and a criterion that is still unknown does not count as met.

A database gives you names and a sequencer sends what you write. Kite isn't fundamentally about outbound; outbound is one way it creates introductions. It works out who matters for your goal, sources them, starts and follows up the conversations by email, LinkedIn and SMS, reads replies against your criteria, qualifies interested people, and takes care of getting your phone or video meetings booked. Replies it is unsure about come back to you instead of being guessed. You don't need an existing network: Kite creates the conversation.

Free is free forever with no card: you use Kite on your own. Paid plans have Kite do the work, and you choose one by monthly Reach: KiteGTM is $499 a month for 500 new people matched to your criteria, KiteGTM Plus $999 for 1,000 with extra verification, and Heavy $1,999 for 2,500 or $3,999 for 5,000, in USD. Every introduction Kite creates is included, with no fee for each one and no cap. Kite does not guarantee a number of introductions.

KiteGTM includes Fast research: standard sourcing and research from your filters and the data available. KiteGTM Plus adds Verified, which reads each company's front page to check fit. It can rule out a mismatch, but a silent or unreadable page does not prove fit or interest. Heavy adds Deep, which researches each company against your criteria, for maximum depth on harder markets and higher-value targets. Free runs Fast research yourself.

Reach is the number of unique people Kite can source into your missions each month. One Reach is used when Kite sources one unique person into a mission, before any outreach. Finding or showing someone without sourcing them uses none, and later messages, follow-ups, replies and the introduction itself never use more. Reach resets each monthly billing period and unused Reach does not carry over: use 327 of 500 and the next period starts at 500 again.

Yes. On every paid plan, KiteGTM included, you can choose Run it: Kite works suitable people within your permissions and asks you when it cannot settle a decision. Or approve each person first. Free is for running the work yourself. Nothing starts until you start a mission, and your permissions, consent and suppression rules and sending limits still apply. You can step in, change direction or pause at any time, and your contacts and conversations stay yours if a paid plan ends.

Your first paid month on any Kite subscription is protected. If Kite doesn’t get you a qualified introduction during that month, it keeps working for you at no charge for up to 30 additional days, or until it gets you one. Paid billing resumes immediately when that introduction is delivered during the extension, or after 30 additional days if none is delivered, unless you have cancelled. A qualified introduction means a relevant person wants to talk and meets your required criteria, has a reason to engage and agrees to be connected, with the conversation, context and a next step. A reply or a booked meeting alone does not count.

Team members, roles and permissions are unlimited and free on every plan. Paid plans also include active capacity, the number of sourced people Kite keeps in active work at once, and monthly credits for metered usage: 1 credit for each message or reply Kite writes, plus SMS and optional contact reveals. Copy you write yourself is free, and managed research and qualification have no separate charge. Extra credits and optional extra capacity are quoted before you buy them.
