Messaging Terms

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms cover talking to Kite by text message or through a messaging app. They apply together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Who we are

KiteGTM is a product of Inkris Technologies Inc., a company incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada, with its head office at 500 4 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 2V6, Canada.

What these terms cover

You can choose to talk to Kite by text message or, where Kite offers it, through a messaging app. These terms cover the messages Kite sends to your mobile number or messaging account in that conversation. They do not cover messages sent through KiteGTM to the people your missions contact.

You don’t need to text Kite or use a messaging app to use KiteGTM.

What Kite sends

  • Replies to what you send Kite
  • Verification codes, so Kite knows the number or account is yours
  • Updates you asked for, such as progress on work you gave Kite. Kite sends these only if you turn updates on

Kite does not send marketing or promotional messages by text or messaging app. Message frequency varies: it depends on how much you message Kite and whether you turn updates on.

Your consent

You start the conversation. Either you add your mobile number in KiteGTM, accept these terms and confirm the code Kite sends to it, or you text Kite first.

Consent to updates is separate from consent to the service. Agreeing to talk to Kite lets it reply to you and send you codes. It does not sign you up for updates. Updates stay off unless you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time without ending the conversation.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any text from Kite to stop texts from that number. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT work too. You get one message confirming it, and nothing more from that number after that. STOP ends both the conversation and any updates on that number.

To start again, reply START (or UNSTOP or YES). That restarts the conversation only. Updates stay off until you turn them on again.

In a messaging app, you can block Kite in that app, or write to support@kitegtm.com and we will remove the connection.

Getting help

Reply HELP (or INFO) to any text from Kite and you get this message:

“KiteGTM: You're texting Kite, the introductions platform. Help: support@kitegtm.com. Reply STOP to stop texts from this number. Msg & data rates may apply.”

You can always write to support@kitegtm.com.

Costs and delivery

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier or messaging app may charge for messages and data under your plan.

Delivery depends on your carrier and network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number and your privacy

We use your mobile number or messaging account to run this conversation, keep your account secure, and keep a record of your consent. We do not sell the mobile number you give Kite or your messaging opt-in data, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will update the date above and tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Our Terms of Service cover everything else about your use of KiteGTM.
