You'll leave with a clearer next step you can put into practice.

Understand the resources behind your mission so you can resolve the actual limit without assuming more spending guarantees more Introductions.

Before you begin#

Access to your Kite workspace. Keep your objective in plain language.

Follow the steps#

  1. Read your account’s current subscription and usage. The recorded allowance and current quote matter, especially for a subscription on earlier terms. Use Reach for the sourcing definition.
  2. Treat Reach as monthly unique-person sourcing. One unique person sourced into a mission consumes one Reach. Discovery without mission sourcing consumes zero for that event. Messages, replies, follow-up and the Introduction do not repeatedly consume Reach for that same sourcing event.
  3. Treat active capacity as room for ongoing work. It supports sourced people being managed at the same time. Extra capacity does not increase monthly Reach. Paused managed work still occupies its slot.
  4. Treat credits as funding for metered actions. Content generation, applicable manual actions and channels such as SMS can use credits. Current generation charging is one credit per billable generation. Your own written copy has no writing charge; managed research has no separate raw-token charge.
  5. Check the actual reason an action is held. Low credits can block a billable generation without proving that every mission operation is stopped. Capacity and Reach have different effects; an unreadable balance is unknown, not zero.
  6. Review optional funding decisions. Additional managed capacity uses recurring monthly shared-wallet deductions. Credit purchases or automatic refill require their own deliberate confirmation. A zero balance does not authorize charging a card.

Existing people handed to a mission and eligible re-engagement use no additional Reach, while normal credits and active capacity still apply. A leased sending domain is a separate monetary charge, not a credit-funded capacity purchase. Check the actual quote and authorization before any purchase.

What you should see#

You should know which resource is relevant to the task. Included Reach and credits reset monthly without accumulation; Reach does not roll over even when unused because of a platform issue. Purchased credits are separate and do not expire under current purchase terms. Introductions have no separate fee or quantity cap, and no guaranteed quantity.

If something is missing#

Check Settings → Usage and credits for the reported wallet and usage issue, and Subscription for the account’s plan. If a rate, proration or renewal detail is not confirmed, read the current quote before approving it. Do not solve an unreadable balance by making a purchase. More capacity, credits or Reach do not promise a particular business result.

Work with your agent#

Use the task below to prepare a useful next step. Give your agent current University guidance and only the business information it needs. Ask it to separate facts, assumptions and decisions that need your answer. If its tools cannot read something, the answer is unknown.

A clear task to copy

Explain this reported usage limit without changing billing. Distinguish monthly Reach, active capacity and credits. If connected read tools are available, read only the relevant balance and show the source and timestamp. Mark absent figures unknown. Describe supported options and costs only from current account evidence or a quote; do not purchase credits, enable refill or change the plan.

Prepare guidance only. Do not change settings, create or start work, connect accounts, send messages, enroll contacts or spend money. Use current tool discovery; never invent capabilities or record IDs. Show missing evidence and the next step for me to review in Kite.

This prepares guidance. Use the controls in your Kite workspace for account changes and starting work.

Check your next step#

I can distinguish the three resources. Complete the readiness notes below, then use your Kite workspace to confirm what is actually saved. Checking a box here does not change your account.
