Understand Reach without the guesswork

Know what counts, what stays separate and when your allowance resets.

You'll leave with a clearer next step you can put into practice.

One person sourced, one Reach#

Reach is the number of unique people sourced into your missions each month. One unique person sourced into a customer's mission consumes one Reach. It counts at sourcing, before outreach.

Discovery, matching, evaluation or display without mission sourcing consumes zero Reach for that event. Once a person is sourced, later messages, follow-ups, replies, qualification and the Introduction do not repeatedly consume Reach for that same sourcing event.

Work through an example#

Suppose your allowance is 500 Reach and 120 unique people have been sourced into your missions. The arithmetic leaves 380 Reach. It does not tell you how many people will reply, how many Introductions you will receive or what your account can currently start.

Use the calculator to plan Reach, then compare it with your account's current usage and limits.

Plan your Reach

One unique person sourced into a mission = one Reach.

Keep the resources separate#

The commercial model is Subscription → Reach → Introductions. Reach is the primary public plan choice. Included active capacity and credits are separate resources that support and meter the work.

Do not infer that remaining Reach establishes connection readiness, permissions or funding for every action. Check the action's own requirements in Kite.

Monthly reset#

Reach resets monthly. Unused Reach does not roll over, including allowance that was unused because of platform constraints. A mission needs a sufficiently large and appropriate audience to use its allocated sourcing allowance sensibly.

Your own existing people handed to a mission and eligible re-engagement use zero additional Reach. New sourcing still consumes Reach normally. Credits, active capacity, permissions and suppression apply. Importing a file is not proof of handover, enrollment or sending; confirm the supported path and recorded result in your workspace.

Kite can size permitted missions with a test share, grow on evidence and retain a reserve released no later than seven days before reset. A share you chose changes only with your approval. These rules do not change plan quantities or create rollover. If a sizing or re-engagement setting is not yet shown in your workspace, it is not on.

Your next step#

When work cannot proceed, check what is blocking it. Increasing an allowance does not by itself resolve a missing connection, permission or required setup item.
