Teach Kite what your business actually offers
Build useful business context in Memory so your mission and messages reflect what you sell, who you help and what you can truthfully promise.
Build useful business context in Memory so your mission and messages reflect what you sell, who you help and what you can truthfully promise.
Before you begin#
Access to your Kite workspace. Keep your objective in plain language.
Follow the steps#
- Open Settings → Memory. Review the offer selected for your first mission. The page separates what you offer, supporting documents, lessons, pinned replies and writing preferences.
- Describe one offer clearly. Explain what it is, whom it helps, the problem it addresses and why a relevant person might want to talk. If you have several offers, choose the one this mission will pursue.
- Add useful supporting facts. Include service locations, relevant use cases, prices or terms you have approved, exclusions, common questions and booking details. Add concise written information or supported files through the controls shown.
- Separate facts from proposals. Mark an unconfirmed price, unfinished policy or planned capability as unresolved. Avoid turning aspirations into promises. Include the answer you want used when a question needs your input.
- Read the saved status. Documents are checked before replies use them. A newly uploaded file is not automatically ready. Review any checking or blocked state and the information Kite will actually answer from.
- Check the mission’s product selection. Make sure the offer selected in setup is the same offer these business facts describe. Revisit both when your commercial facts change.

What you should see#
The selected offer and usable supporting knowledge should accurately describe your business. Memory topics describe the selected business offer; add knowledge about your own offer. You can begin with your objective while improving context, but required business facts still need to be available when the mission starts.
Give Kite useful business context
If something is missing#
If a document is still being checked, let the current check finish and inspect its status. If the wrong product is selected, choose the correct one or update its business facts. If pricing, refunds or an unusual business decision are unknown, supply your business’s answer instead of asking Kite or your agent to invent a policy.
Work with your agent#
Use the task below to prepare a useful next step. Give your agent current University guidance and only the business information it needs. Ask it to separate facts, assumptions and decisions that need your answer. If its tools cannot read something, the answer is unknown.
A clear task to copy
Help me prepare accurate business context for my first Kite mission. Turn my supplied material into a concise offer brief covering what we provide, relevant customers or partners, service area, approved terms, exclusions, common questions and booking needs. List unsupported claims and unanswered decisions separately. Do not upload or save the brief until I review it. Prepare guidance only. Do not change settings, create or start work, connect accounts, send messages, enroll contacts or spend money. Use current tool discovery; never invent capabilities or record IDs. Show missing evidence and the next step for me to review in Kite.
This prepares guidance. Use the controls in your Kite workspace for account changes and starting work.
Check your next step#
The selected offer matches this mission. Complete the readiness notes below, then use your Kite workspace to confirm what is actually saved. Checking a box here does not change your account.
