Prepare messages you can stand behind
Create or select the campaign for your mission, check the offer and audience, and finish the current message review before starting.
Create or select the campaign for your mission, check the offer and audience, and finish the current message review before starting.
Before you begin#
Access to your Kite workspace. Keep your objective in plain language.
Follow the steps#
- On Execution, confirm Your product. Check that the selected offer and business facts are current for this mission.
- Choose how to prepare the campaign. The current builder offers Let KiteGTM create it, Write my own or Use an existing campaign. Choose the route you intend, rather than accepting unrelated saved copy.
- Check the reason to talk. Make the first message relevant to the person and objective. Keep the offer truthful and the next step understandable. Remove unsupported claims, invented customer proof or promises of results.
- Review the saved campaign details. Inspect steps, follow-up, senders, sending days, limits, exclusions and reply authority where applicable. The campaign is how the work proceeds; the intended outcome is the Introduction.
- Complete the current message check. The saved campaign must match the current target and product. Changing the audience, selected campaign or messages can require a new review.
- Return to mission review. Verify that the campaign you reviewed is the one attached to the mission. Creating, generating or saving it alone does not start work.
Execution step with involvement choices and campaign preparation routes.
What you should see#
You should have a saved, current campaign whose claims and next step fit the objective. Generating message or reply content uses one credit per billable generation. Writing or pasting your own copy has no writing charge; channel or other metered actions can still apply. Reusing generated copy for a send is not itself another generation charge.
Prepare a current campaign
If something is missing#
If a campaign is missing or no longer available, select or create the intended one. If the target or campaign changed after review, reselect and check the current version. If generation is unfunded, provide your own copy where supported or review funding in billing; an empty wallet does not authorize an automatic purchase.
Work with your agent#
Use the task below to prepare a useful next step. Give your agent current University guidance and only the business information it needs. Ask it to separate facts, assumptions and decisions that need your answer. If its tools cannot read something, the answer is unknown.
A clear task to copy
Review this mission brief and proposed campaign copy. Check the offer, audience relevance, factual claims, next step, follow-up tone, exclusions and which replies need my decision. Suggest exact improvements and flag unsupported statements. Do not generate paid copy, save a campaign, enroll contacts or send anything. Prepare guidance only. Do not change settings, create or start work, connect accounts, send messages, enroll contacts or spend money. Use current tool discovery; never invent capabilities or record IDs. Show missing evidence and the next step for me to review in Kite.
This prepares guidance. Use the controls in your Kite workspace for account changes and starting work.
Check your next step#
The campaign matches my current target and offer. Complete the readiness notes below, then use your Kite workspace to confirm what is actually saved. Checking a box here does not change your account.
