You'll leave with a clearer next step you can put into practice.

Choose the right sign-in route, complete verification and enter the correct workspace without confusing sign-in with connected services.

Before you begin#

An email address or supported sign-in account you control. Keep your objective in plain language.

Follow the steps#

  1. Open Kite’s official site. Start at kitegtm.com. The public journey can show an estimate of your market before account creation. Its Describe → Build → Qualify → Review flow is separate from the signed-in five-step mission builder.
  2. Choose account creation or sign-in. If you already have an account, use Sign in with the method associated with it. If the dialog says Sign in and you are new, choose Create one. Do not create another account to troubleshoot an existing one.
  3. Choose the method shown. Current account creation offers Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn or the email form. For email, enter your own name, work email and password in Kite’s form. Review the terms and privacy policy before completing account creation.
  4. Finish email verification when requested. Email signup uses a six-digit code. Open the verification email and enter the current code in Kite. Check Junk or your organisation’s quarantine if the message is missing. Use the resend control when it becomes available.
  5. Open your workspace and confirm where you are. Check the workspace name and your signed-in identity before adding business details. If you belong to multiple workspaces, make sure you are preparing the intended business’s mission.

What you should see#

After successful sign-in, you should be able to open the Kite workspace or resume its setup. Your signup method identifies you; it does not automatically connect Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, Drive or contacts.

If something is missing#

For a missing verification message, confirm the entered address and look for the message from no-reply@kitegtm.com, including spam or quarantine. Request another code through the current screen rather than guessing codes. For an existing account, use sign-in or its recovery route. If the workspace cannot open, record the visible error and timestamp; do not share passwords, verification codes or a full sign-in URL with temporary codes.

Work with your agent#

Use the task below to prepare a useful next step. Give your agent current University guidance and only the business information it needs. Ask it to separate facts, assumptions and decisions that need your answer. If its tools cannot read something, the answer is unknown.

Work with your agent

A clear task to copy

Guide me through the current Kite account-entry options. Ask whether I already have an account and which sign-in method I used. Explain the next visible step and how to identify the right workspace. I will enter credentials and verification codes myself; never ask me to paste them into this conversation.

Prepare guidance only. Do not change settings, create or start work, connect accounts, send messages, enroll contacts or spend money. Use current tool discovery; never invent capabilities or record IDs. Show missing evidence and the next step for me to review in Kite.

This prepares guidance. Use the controls in your Kite workspace for account changes and starting work.

Check your next step#

I can open the intended Kite workspace. Complete the readiness notes below, then use your Kite workspace to confirm what is actually saved. Checking a box here does not change your account.
