Prepare a clear support or agent question that makes the problem reproducible while keeping private account details out of public material.

Before you begin#

Access to your Kite workspace. Keep your objective in plain language.

Follow the steps#

  1. Write the intended result. Say what you were trying to do and the stage you reached. For example: “I am on Review for my first mission, and the sender status is still preparing.”
  2. Record the actual result. Copy the visible message and a timestamp with timezone. Include whether the draft is saved and whether a mission or operation already exists.
  3. Name the relevant record privately. A mission or draft ID and the affected screen can help an authorized support channel or your connected agent. Do not publish customer records in University feedback or unrelated chat.
  4. Capture only the useful screen area. Before sharing, remove or cover credentials, verification codes, API keys, customer messages, payment details and unnecessary personal information. Do not share a whole sign-in URL containing temporary codes.
  5. Summarize what you already checked. Include the exact sender or calendar status, selected product, campaign review state or reported limit that matters. Separate what the product confirmed from what you suspect.
  6. Choose the right destination. Ask your connected agent for a read-only diagnosis, or use Kite’s support page or contact route. The local University feedback control records preview feedback in this browser; it does not send a support ticket.
Describe your objective

The first mission step asks what you want to achieve and which offer the mission is for.

What you should see#

A useful request says: objective, step, expected result, observed result, timestamp, relevant private record, checks already made and one clear question. It does not require a public dump of your workspace.

Prepare a useful support or agent question

If something is missing#

If you cannot verify the state, say so. Ask for the next read-only check instead of claiming that nothing happened. If a support or agent request could lead to sending, spending or changing permissions, make the allowed task explicit and review the proposed action separately.

Work with your agent#

Use the task below to prepare a useful next step. Give your agent current University guidance and only the business information it needs. Ask it to separate facts, assumptions and decisions that need your answer. If its tools cannot read something, the answer is unknown.

Work with your agent

A clear task to copy

Help me prepare a concise help request from this problem. Include the goal, screen, exact visible error, timestamp and timezone, expected versus observed result, checks already made and the next question. Identify sensitive material to omit. Do not post, send, upload or create a ticket; give me a draft and say which account states remain unverified.

Prepare guidance only. Do not change settings, create or start work, connect accounts, send messages, enroll contacts or spend money. Use current tool discovery; never invent capabilities or record IDs. Show missing evidence and the next step for me to review in Kite.

This prepares guidance. Use the controls in your Kite workspace for account changes and starting work.

Check your next step#

The problem is specific and reproducible. Complete the readiness notes below, then use your Kite workspace to confirm what is actually saved. Checking a box here does not change your account.

These checks stay in this browser. These are your notes; Kite’s actual account state and start checks decide readiness.
